The Marshall County Minority Community Forum is dedicated to empowering and uplifting the Black community by addressing systemic issues, advocating for equal opportunities, and fostering inclusivity. We aim to enhance the daily lives of Black citizens through awareness, collaboration, and strategic initiatives.
By leveraging the collective leadership of Black community members, we seek to establish comprehensive programs that support our youth, adults, elderly, and disabled populations. Our mission is to create pathways for financial literacy, increase representation in critical positions, and ensure equitable access to resources and opportunities.

Our vision is to build a thriving, informed, and united Black community in Marshall County where everyone is empowered, heard, and valued. We aspire to catalyze change by improving access to information, securing funding, and advocating for fair treatment and representation.
Through proactive engagement, collaboration with county leadership, and the implementation of effective programs, we envision a future where our community achieves sustainable financial stability, enhanced educational opportunities, and a more substantial presence in decision-making processes. We are committed to lasting impact by creating a supportive environment that fosters growth, pride, and sustainability."
Congrats on the 1,000 Points
We are thrilled to announce that Mashawna Ridley, Jabrae Howard, and Jamal Gentry achieved a major milestone in their high school basketball career at Marshall County High School history to score 1,000 points. This incredible accomplishment showcases their dedication, skill, and hard work on the court. We are so proud of them and can't wait to see what they will achieve next in their basketball career. Each player was awarded $50 for their accomplishment.
